St. Nicholas' Collegiate Church is a medieval landmark in the heart of Galway. Founded in 1320, it stands as the largest medieval parish church in Ireland still in use. Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (download it from the App Store or Google Play) — just sign in with the same method you used to buy. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my date or get a refund?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. Please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost — just click “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact us with your ticket ID.
How long does the show last?
The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and there's no entry once it has started.
Is this an indoor or outdoor experience?
This is an indoor experience with assigned seating.
Will food or drinks be available?
Unfortunately, there is no bar on-site.
Is parking available?
The venue offers limited parking on a first-come, first-served basis.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, it is. Please contact us in advance for any particular needs.
Can I use my phone or take photos/videos during the performance?
Your phone must stay on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
What ticket types are available?
There are 4 zones, ranging from the best to fair visibility of the stage.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket first, then contact us for more information.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early so we can do our best to seat you together.
Can I leave the concert during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
Are the candles real?
For everyone's safety, all candles are flameless.
Can I bring animals?
Animals aren't allowed, except for service animals.
