Do I need to print my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (available on Google Play and the Apple App Store). Log in with the same method used to purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. To change it, contact us with your ticket ID, or use the 'Change date and/or time' button in the Tickets section of the Fever App if enabled. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. Just click 'Transfer Tickets' on your ticket in the Fever App. Contact us if you need help and include your order number.

How long does the experience last?

The immersive virtual reality experience lasts about 45 minutes. However, please allow about 1 hour total, as you will need to drop off your personal belongings and pick up/return equipment.

What is the minimum age for the immersive expedition?

The minimum age is 8 years old. The experience is however better suited to children from 11 years old. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
