What are the different ticket types?

There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets can't be bought at the venue. All tickets must be purchased before attending via the app or website (www.feverup.com).

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your ticket, send us the relevant supporting documents; we'll then provide a voucher for your free carer ticket (subject to availability). You must show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket at entry.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are possible up to 24 hours before the experience starts. Contact us with your ticket ID. A refund is not possible under any circumstances; see our Terms & Conditions for more information.

How long does the experience last?

60 minutes, with no interval. Doors open 40 minutes before the concert starts; latecomers cannot be admitted once it has begun.

An optional add-on offering an exclusive photo experience in a dedicated area; you get one printed Polaroid-style instant photo per purchase. Photos can be bought on site until sold out (card payment only); guests who book the package online in advance are given priority.

What is the Flexible Refundable Ticket?

With the Flexible Refundable Ticket (available for select events only), you can request a full refund with no documents needed, up to 48 hours before the experience starts; the ticket stops being refundable once it's transferred to another user.
