How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight: The Four Seasons by Vivaldi in Donostia - San Sebastián lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
No need to worry, the candles are all LED technology and replicate the light of a flame identically. Without real fire, they don't emit heat and aren't flammable.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
Temperature in historic venues can fluctuate depending on the day. Although we always aim for the perfect ambiance, we advise you to bring an extra layer or wear clothes suitable for the season so all you have to do is enjoy the music.
Will there be food and drink service at Aquarium San Sebastián?
Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for sale at this event.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
To maintain the atmosphere and respect the artists, you may only leave your seat in case of an urgent need. Thank you for helping us keep the magic alive!
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
We appreciate you silencing your phone before the show. Recordings and photos without flash are reserved only for the last song of the performance, as communicated by the artists themselves.

It's not possible to buy your tickets directly at Aquarium San Sebastián. Tickets are available exclusively through Fever, either by visiting the official website or downloading the mobile app.
How does seating assignment and zoning work?
The venue is organized into different zones, each priced according to its proximity and view of the stage. Seats are assigned as you arrive at Aquarium San Sebastián, respecting the order of entry and the category of your ticket.
Can we sit together if we're a group?
Of course, it's totally possible to sit together. To do this, you need to arrive at the same time and have tickets in the same category. We recommend coming at least half an hour before the show to make it easier for the team to assign your seats.
Can tickets for Candlelight: The Four Seasons by Vivaldi be gifted?
Yes! You can buy a Gift Card and let them decide which concert and day they want to attend. Alternatively, if you already have a ticket tied to a specific date, you can use the "Transfer Tickets" feature in the app to send it as a gift instantly.
What is "Candlelight Photo"?
This pack gives you access to a unique photography session at Aquarium San Sebastián. To make sure you always remember the experience, we'll give you an instant Polaroid-format print.
Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" photos at Aquarium San Sebastián?
Yes! You can buy your photo pack directly at Aquarium San Sebastián as long as it hasn't sold out. Keep in mind that if you get it in advance online, you'll have priority access, and only card payments are accepted at the venue, not cash.
When will I receive the photo?
Pick the photo you want printed - it'll be ready for you to collect when the concert ends. Make sure to take it with you when you leave, as our team can't keep it for later.
What does the "Pack of 3 candles" include? Are they real?
The package includes 3 high-quality LED candles that perfectly recreate the warm, flickering glow of candlelight. They are not real, so they are completely safe and ideal for decorating your home.
What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?
Packages bought on the web will be waiting for you at the venue on the day of the show. We're sorry to say the 3 candle pack cannot be returned or refunded, as all sales are final.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: The Four Seasons by Vivaldi in Donostia - San Sebastián?
Go to the Fever app (available on Apple App Store or Google Play) and head straight to the "Tickets" section to see them. Just make sure you're logged in with the same user you paid with. You'll also have your QR code in the purchase confirmation email. They're digital, so no printing is needed!
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
Of course, sharing your tickets won't cost you anything. Just go to your Fever app profile, tap your ticket, and select "Transfer Tickets." If you need help, contact us with your ticket number.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?
We recommend arriving about 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can settle in comfortably. The doors will close 5 minutes before the start, and once the show begins, late entry will not be allowed to avoid interrupting the musicians and other attendees.

When you pass the entrance control at Aquarium San Sebastián, our team will show you where the photo area is. Don't hesitate to ask for help if you need it!
Is there parking available at Aquarium San Sebastián?
Unfortunately, there is no parking available for attendees, so we recommend using public transportation.
Is there a dress code for Candlelight concerts?
The dress code is completely casual and free. The essential thing for enjoying the experience to the fullest is that you choose comfortable clothes.
Are pets or animals allowed in Aquarium San Sebastián? What about service animals?
Pets are not allowed in this experience, but if you need to attend with a guide or assistance dog, their entry is 100% guaranteed.
Do you offer free tickets for caregivers or assistants of people with disabilities?
Yes, spectators who need assistance during this experience are entitled to request a free pass for their personal assistant or caregiver. Please contact us with proof that you need a ticket for an assistant.
