Where can I find my ticket?
Your ticket is in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play) — sign in with the same account you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email (check your spam folder too).

No, you don't need to print it — just show the QR code from the Fever app or your confirmation email at entry.
Can I change my ticket or get a refund?
Depending on availability, you can change the date or time up to 48 hours before the show — contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds are offered; see our terms and conditions for more information.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to another Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer Ticket" in the Tickets section of the Fever app, or contact us with your ticket ID for help.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it has started.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
Indoor, with assigned seating within your zone.
Will food or drinks be available at the venue?
No, there will be no food or drinks for sale at this venue.
Is parking available near the venue?
Yes, there is street parking close to the venue, and there are parking garages within a few blocks.
Is there a minimum age to attend?
This performance is recommended for ages 8 and up. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer or support worker?
Yes — guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free pass for their Personal Assistant or support worker. Contact us with proof of the need for a carer ticket; once received, we'll send you a voucher code to purchase the free ticket. You'll need to show it, along with your own ticket, to enter.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
The Orchestra zone has wheelchair accessibility, with limited wheelchair seating available. If you can't find available tickets, please contact us directly at hello@feverup.com.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
As a general rule, no photography or filming of any kind is allowed during the performance. Photos and videos without flash are only permitted at the very end, once the artist gives instructions.
Can I bring pets?
Animals are not allowed, except for service dogs — please let us know about your service dog in advance by contacting us.
