What ticket types are available?

There are tickets for Zone A (VIP zone, front row), Zone B, and Zone C.

Can I change my ticket or get a refund?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are possible up to 24 hours before your experience starts. Contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are only possible if you purchased a flexible refundable ticket; in that case, you can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the start, with no documents required.

Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free ticket for their companion. Once you've purchased your own ticket, please send us supporting documentation and we'll provide you with a voucher.

Is there an age requirement?

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

How long does the experience last?

The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the start time.

Yes, about 50 parking spaces are available in the Schwanenhöfe car park. Enter via Erkrather Straße; the car park is open 24/7.

Yes. To reach the platform, use the ramp to the left of the fitness studio, then turn right and then left. The venue is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
