    This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.

    Most visitors allocate roughly 40 minutes to fully experience the exhibition.
  • Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

    Refreshments and snacks are available for purchase on the premises. The third-floor café, known as Café Azul, serves a variety of beverages alongside freshly baked pastries sourced from local suppliers. The menu typically includes vegan and gluten-free options, though availability may vary based on current offerings.

    There will be free parking available near the museum.
  • Will there be additional sessions?

    We cannot guarantee supplementary dates will be scheduled. Visit the experience listing page for the most current details regarding available slots and reservation times.

    Secure your tickets via the Fever mobile app (available through Google Play or the Apple App Store), or visit the Fever website to purchase online.
  • Can I purchase tickets at the door?

    An on-site box office operates for walk-up sales. However, availability is often exhausted before arrival, making advance booking through the Fever App or website strongly advised to ensure entry.
  • Do I need to print my ticket?

    Access your admission credentials in the Fever app's Tickets section (downloadable from either app store). Log in with the credentials used for your original purchase. Your QR code confirmation appears in your purchase confirmation email.
  • I can't find my ticket. What should I do?

    Your admission details are stored in the Fever app under the Tickets tab. Haven't downloaded yet? Get it from either app marketplace. Sign in using your original purchase account. Still having trouble? Our support team is here to assist.
  • Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

    Date modifications are possible with notice of 48 hours or more beforehand. Submit your request along with your ticket reference number, and our team will address it promptly with further instructions. Refund requests cannot be accommodated under any circumstances.
  • Can I make a group booking?

    Group arrangements are certainly available. Parties ranging from 12 to 50 visitors can reserve through our website using group rate pricing. For larger gatherings (51+), contact our main office at 785-775-5444 to finalize scheduling. A group coordinator will confirm your preferred date within several business days. Group payments must be received upfront.
  • Do you offer press passes?

  • Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

    Your ticket provides flexible entry during all operating hours. Wednesday through Saturday: 10AM - 5PM. Sunday: 12PM - 5PM.
  • Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?

    Pets are not permitted; however, certified assistance animals are gladly accepted.
  • Is the venue accessible?

    The venue meets all accessibility standards for visitors with mobility needs.
  • Will there be strobe lights?

    Certain sections incorporate dynamic lighting effects. Sustained strobe patterns are not anticipated.
  • Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

    The exhibition is self-guided with walking components, though seating areas are scattered throughout for brief respites.
  • Will restrooms be available on site?

    Restroom facilities are available throughout the space—our team can point you in the right direction.
  • Can I take photos or record the experience?

    Photography is encouraged and welcome to be shared on social media. Please ensure flash is disabled and avoid interfering with other visitors' experiences. Commercial-grade equipment and tripod stands are strictly forbidden.
  • Is there a Lost & Found?

  • Is coat check available?

    A coat check service is available at the venue—simply inquire with our staff upon arrival.
  • Is there an age requirement?

    Visitors of any age are welcome and strollers are accommodated. Children 12 and younger require constant adult supervision. Groups containing ten or more children must provide designated supervisors.
