How does seating assignment and zoning work?

Tickets are divided into sections with rates that change based on location and visibility. Once you're at Ateneu Mercantil de València, our team will assign you a seat on a first-come, first-served basis within the category you booked.

Can we sit together if we're a group?

Answer

Sure! You can share seats in the same row. The only important thing is that you arrive simultaneously and that your tickets are for the same section. We recommend coming 30 minutes early; our team will do everything possible to seat you together!

Can tickets be bought at the Ateneu Mercantil de València box office?

Answer

Tickets are not on sale inside the venue or at Ateneu Mercantil de València's own box office. To attend the concert, you must purchase them through the official Fever website or by downloading the app.

What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?

Answer

We recommend arriving about 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can settle in comfortably. The doors will close 5 minutes before the start, and once the show begins, late entry will not be allowed to avoid interrupting the musicians and other attendees.

Will there be food and drink service at Ateneu Mercantil de València?

You will be able to buy drinks at this event; however, there will be no food available.

What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?

Keep in mind that many of our concerts are held in historic buildings, so controlling the temperature can be a challenge. We do our best to ensure a pleasant environment, but we recommend bringing comfortable clothes suitable for the time of year so you can enjoy without issues.

The dress code is completely casual and free. The essential thing for enjoying the experience to the fullest is that you choose comfortable clothes.

How long does the experience last?

Answer

The Candlelight: The Innate Law in Valencia lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.

Can I leave the venue during the performance?

Answer

To maintain the utmost respect for the audience and musicians, leaving your seat will only be allowed if there is a real urgency.

Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?

Answer

No need to worry, the candles are all LED technology and replicate the light of a flame identically. Without real fire, they don't emit heat and aren't flammable.

Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?

Answer

Remember to put your phone on silent before the show begins. To enjoy the experience, we only allow photos or videos without flash during the final song of the set, as indicated by the musicians.

Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: The Innate Law in Valencia?

To view your tickets, open the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) and click on the "Tickets" section. Make sure you're using the same account you booked with. Your QR code will also be sent to you in the purchase confirmation email. Since they're digital, there's no need to print them.

Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer tickets for free by tapping "Transfer tickets" within the Fever app. If any issue arises during the process, contact us and provide the ticket number so we can check it.

Can tickets for Candlelight: The Innate Law be gifted?

Answer

Of course! Gift Candlelight by buying a Gift Card for them to select their preferred show and time. If you already have a fixed-date ticket, share it as a gift by clicking "Transfer Tickets" in the Fever app.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Answer

You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. Yes! You can buy your photo pack directly at Ateneu Mercantil de València as long as it hasn't sold out. Keep in mind that if you get it in advance online, you'll have priority access, and only card payments are accepted at the venue, not cash.

Arrive at least 30 minutes early for your photo. The photo sessions will end 10 minutes before the concert begins to ensure everything runs on time.

Choose your favorite pose for the instant print. While you're enjoying the music, our team will be preparing it for you to take home. Make sure to pick it up before you leave - we can't store it afterwards!

Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?

When you arrive at Ateneu Mercantil de València, our staff will show you where the photo area is set up. Feel free to ask any member of our team if you have any questions.

What does the "Pack of 3 candles" include? Are they real?

The package comes with 3 LED candles designed to recreate the warm, cozy light of a real candle. Since they don't use real fire, they are ideal for decorating your favorite spots safely.

What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?

Answer

Come pick up your online purchase during the event. Since the "Pack of 3 candles" is prepared exclusively for that date and venue, sales are final and no refunds are offered.

Are pets or animals allowed in Ateneu Mercantil de València? What about service animals?

Answer

We're sorry, but pets are not allowed in this venue. However, your guide dogs or assistance dogs are of course welcome.
