What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before attending the event via the Fever app or the website www.feverup.com.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your ticket (a valid ticket is essential for this), please send us the relevant supporting documents. As soon as we've received these, we'll provide you with a voucher that you can use to get your free carer ticket through the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you must show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket on entry.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience begins. If you need to do this, please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our Terms and Conditions.
Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place in the Spiegelsaal of the Congressforum Frankenthal (Stephan-Cosacchi-Platz 5, 67227 Frankenthal).
How do I get to the venue?
By public transport: From Mannheim Hauptbahnhof take the RE/RB to Frankenthal station, which is just 650 m (a few minutes' walk) from the Congressforum. By car: Coming from Mannheim/Landau, head to the Oggersheim motorway interchange, take exit number 7 onto the B9 towards Frankenthal, then take the Frankenthal-Studernheim/Süd exit. Coming from Kaiserslautern and Mainz, take exit number 22 Frankenthal and follow the signs towards the centre/Congressforum.
Is food and drink available?
No, there are no food or drinks on sale.
Can I bring animals?
Only service animals are allowed at the venue. Pets are not permitted.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Is there a car park?
Yes, the venue has its own parking facilities. At the Congressforum Frankenthal you'll find the P7 Congressforum car park.
When do doors open? Is late admission possible?
Doors open 30 minutes before the start of the concert. Once the concert has begun, latecomers can no longer be admitted.
Is there an interval?
No, the concert lasts 60 minutes and there is no interval.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
