Great evening, beautiful venue, iconic music.

It was an amazing experience!

My family enjoyed the experience. The performance was phenomenal. Enjoyed the music well played, “Don’t speak”by no doubt was a favorite ❤️ the experience the place the lighting all so touching brought tears, the feeling was amazing The only suggestion I have is on the spacing of chairs there’s was a bigger gentleman next to me and it was a bit awkward 😐 we touched every time he moved and if I moved on the opposite I would be on the other person next to me.

Amazing!!!!

Afterwards we went for a nice dinner at the restaurant. Nice experience.

Loved the artistic interpretation, the venue, all of it! Beautiful!!

Orchid Quartet were amazing! They put on a beautiful performance. I loved hearing their rendition of 90's hits!

What is a Flexible Cancellation Ticket?

Available for selected events, it lets you request a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend. Cancel up to 48 hours before the show starts, and no documentation is needed. Note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it's transferred to another user.

What are the different ticket types?

Zone A: Premium Visibility, Zone B: Great Visibility, Zone C: Good Visibility.

How long does the experience last, and when should I arrive?

The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the show starts to be assigned a seat within your purchased zone; if you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be allowed to enter.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Accepted documents include DLA, a PIP receipt, evidence of severe sight impairment, a CredAbility Access Card, or a recognized Assistance Dog ID Card.
