🎟️ Reschedulable Ticket Information. For just £3.50 per ticket, enjoy flexibility to change your visit date or time up to two times, up to 7 days before your visit, subject to availability.

♿ Accessibility: The venue is accessible for guests with reduced mobility. Eligible guests who require an Essential Companion ticket must complete their main ticket purchase first then email their ACCESS Card ID number (or other accreditation ID number/reference) to accessevents@kew.org. Please ensure you include your Christmas at Kew booking reference and the date, time and gate booked.
Once the ID number has been verified and confirmed as valid, an Essential Companion ticket will be emailed to you. You are not required to send a visual or scan of your card, or any other personal data.
You will also be asked to show your eligible ID to our ticketing team on the night of your visit.

🎫 Your Christmas at Kew ticket includes entry to the evening illuminated trail only. If you also want to explore the Gardens during the day, select Garden Entry + Christmas at Kew tickets for discounted daytime garden entry. Please note that all guests must exit the Gardens before the evening trail begins and re-enter at their allocated gate and timeslot.

🎟️Are you a member? Members enjoy unlimited free daytime entry to the Gardens, but for those bringing friends who are not members of Kew or exceed your allocated guest entry, discounted daytime entry to Kew Gardens is available when booking alongside your Christmas at Kew ticket, offering better value than purchasing daytime garden entry separately. Members and guests with daytime entry can explore the Gardens by daylight before returning later for the Christmas at Kew trail. Please note that all guests must exit the Gardens before the trail begins and re-enter at their allocated gate and timeslot.

Getting here

Christmas at Kew has three entrance gates: Victoria Gate, Elizabeth Gate and Brentford Gate. Your allocated entry gate will be clearly shown on your ticket.

Brentford Gate access is only available when purchasing a car parking ticket alongside your Christmas at Kew admission. Please select a timeslot after 4.40pm to view Brentford Gate parking options.

Please note that car parking is valid for Christmas at Kew only. If you are purchasing both daytime garden entry and Christmas at Kew tickets, any additional daytime parking will need to be arranged separately.
