Es war ein tolles Erlebnis. Das Ambiente in der Kirche mit den ganzen Kerzen hat eine schöne Stimmung gemacht. Die Musiker waren toll. Ist eine Reise wert in die 80iger. Wir werden uns sicher nochmals ein Konzert ansehen.

What ticket types are there?
There are tickets for zones A, B, C, D and E.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available at the venue. All tickets must be purchased before your visit via the Fever app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my companion?
Guests who require assistance throughout the entire experience are entitled to a free ticket for their companion. Once you've purchased your ticket (a valid ticket is required for this), please send us the relevant supporting documents. You'll then receive a voucher that lets you book the free companion ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). At entry, show your regular ticket together with the companion ticket.
Is there an age restriction?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 24 hours before the experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID to do so. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our Terms and Conditions.
When can I return my ticket?
A ticket with flexible refund can be returned for a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. If the ticket is transferred to another person, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
What documents do I need for a refund?
No documents are required for your refund request.

The nearest tram and bus stop is Kaiser-Josef-Platz / Oper.

No, food and drinks are not sold on site.

How long does the concert last? Is there an interval?
The concert lasts 60 minutes, with no interval.
Can I still get in after the concert has started?
No. Entry begins 30 minutes before the concert starts; once the concert has begun, entry is no longer possible.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
