St. Matthäus Church is an architectural masterpiece in the neo-Gothic style. It was heavily damaged in World War II and had to undergo extensive restoration. Today, it is a popular venue for worship services and concerts. The interior of the church, with colorful stained glass windows and a splendid altar, offers a splendid atmosphere.

What different ticket types are available?
There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before attending the event via the Fever app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your ticket (a valid ticket is essential), please send us the relevant supporting documents. Once we've received them, we'll provide you with a voucher that you can use to get your free carer ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket at the entrance.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the experience starts. If so, please contact us with your ticket ID. A refund will not be possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our Terms and Conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund ticket?
At selected events, the Flexible Refund ticket is available: with this, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my Flexible Refund ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund ticket and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it has been transferred to another person.

Nearest underground, tram and bus station: Sendlinger Tor. Nearest suburban rail (S-Bahn) station: Karlsplatz (Stachus).
Will food and drink be available?
No, food and drink are not available for purchase.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals.
Does the venue have accessible access?
Yes, the church is fully accessible and wheelchair friendly.

Can I still be let in after the concert has started?
No. Doors open 60 minutes before the concert starts, and latecomers cannot be admitted once the concert has begun. Please arrive on time.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
