Go to the BIGc reception 10 minutes before the time shown on your ticket; late arrivals are not accepted.
Choose your play zone
Head to the structure suited to your child's age: the soft area for ages 0-3 or the large tubular structure for ages 4-12.
Play freely for 1 hour
Climb, slide and explore for the whole length of your session, under your parents' supervision.
