Arrive early and check in
Arrive about 15 minutes before your session, check in and leave your belongings in the lockers. Late arrivals may not be admitted.
Put on your VR headset
Our team will help you put on the headset and explain how everything works, so you can simply enjoy the journey.
Explore the Great Pyramid
Walk freely in a shared virtual space for about 45 minutes, guided by a virtual guide, with staff on hand throughout.

This was great fun and educational. Hot tip if you intend going to this event. Do just a little reading up on Pharoh Khufu before you go. I found that the continual WOW! factor of the virtual scenery kept distracting me from what the virtual your guide was telling me.

The experience takes place indoors in an air-conditioned space.

How long does it last?

The virtual reality experience lasts about 45 minutes. Please allow about 1 hour in total to leave your belongings and pick up and return the equipment.

What is the minimum age?

The minimum age is 10. The minimum height is 1.30 m. Ages 10 to 15 must be accompanied by an adult during the experience.

Can I buy food and drink on site?

No food or drink is sold at the venue, but there are cafés and restaurants nearby.

Is there parking?

A very small amount of metered and unmetered street parking is available around the venue and cannot be guaranteed. Public transport is recommended: the nearest bus stop is about 150 m away and Fortitude Valley train station about 300 m.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

Date and time changes are possible up to 48 hours before your session, subject to availability: contact us with your ticket ID, or look for the "Change date and/or time" button in the Tickets section of the Fever app. Refunds are not permitted.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free by tapping "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app.
