What is The Jury Experience?

An immersive courtroom drama where you become part of the story as a juror. Analyze testimonies, cross-examinations, and evidence to uncover the truth. Your vote determines the accused's fate.

How long does it last?

Approximately 1 hour.

Are seats numbered?

No — seating is first-come, first-served within the zone you select. Front Row (Row DD) = premium visibility, Zone A (Rows EE–KK) = great, Zone B (Rows A–C) = good, Zone C (Rows D–F) = good.

Is there sensitive content?

Yes — this experience may explore mature themes including crime, violence, grief, substance use, domestic violence, medical injury and/or emotional manipulation.

Will there be strobe lights?

No.

About your tickets

How do I find my ticket?

No need to print. Show your Fever ticket in the app or email on arrival. Log in with the same account used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Are refunds or exchanges allowed?

No refunds. Exchanges to other dates or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time, based on availability. Contact us directly with your ticket ID.

Where can I buy tickets?

Through the Fever App (Google Play or Apple Store) or the Fever website. Not available at the venue.

Can I transfer my tickets?

Yes, for free. Tap "Transfer Tickets" in the Fever app, or contact us with your order number.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Yes — 1 free pass for a Personal Assistant/Support Worker. Purchase your ticket first, then contact us with documentation (DLA, PIP, evidence of sight impairment, CredAbility Access Card, or Assistance Dog ID). We will provide a voucher — show both tickets at entry.

Great performance! I have worked for the federal public defender for 23 yrs and the case was very realistic, and all characters played their roles very convincingly. My son and I enjoyed it very much!
