Doors open before the concert and close shortly before it starts. Late entry is not permitted, so we recommend arriving early.

Seats are assigned on arrival, on a first-come basis within the zone of the ticket you purchased.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances, unless you purchased a Flexible Refund Ticket. For more information, check our T&Cs.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
The Flexible Refund Ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend. You can return it up to 48 hours before the experience starts; no documentation is required, but the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user. Contact us here to request your refund.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A offers great visibility, Zone B offers good visibility, and Standing Room tickets are also available.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start time.

Is parking available?
There is ample street parking around the venue, as well as two large parking lots a block away: River Place Parking Lot (14 Grace St) and Water Street Parking Deck (210 N Water St).

No, food is not served at this venue.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, this venue is ADA compliant.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket before applying; please contact us for more information.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.

What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they are tied to the specific event date and location, all Candle add-on items are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased and picked up onsite. All sales are final.
