Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our terms and conditions.

How long does the experience last?

The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show starts, and no entry is allowed once it has begun.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Is there food or drink available?

There will be no food or drinks available for purchase at the venue. Only bottled water is permitted to be consumed inside the performance space.

How do I get to the venue?

Metropolitan Community Church of Toronto is located at 115 Simpson Ave, Toronto, ON M4K 1A1, one street north of Gerrard, between Broadview and Carlaw. The audience entrance is on Howland Ave, just south of Simpson Ave.

Is there parking available?

MCC Toronto does not have on-site parking. Street parking on Simpson Ave and the surrounding streets is by permit only and strictly enforced. We recommend allowing extra time to find parking if you're arriving by car. The most convenient parking lot is located at 653 Gerrard Street East.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

The experience is recommended for those who are 8 and older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. To preserve the experience for everyone, disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to step outside.

Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you've purchased your own ticket (a valid ticket is required before applying), please contact us for more information.

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

The main entrance has 12 stairs. There is an alternative entrance on Simpson Ave with a ramp and no stairs. If you need to use this entrance, please let a staff member know at the main entrance or ring the bell there. Inside the performance space there are no stairs, except to reach the balcony, and accessible seating is available in all zones. Washrooms can be reached without stairs.

What are the different ticket types?

The ticket page shows the different zones available for purchase. Zone A has the best view, while Zone D may only offer a partial view. Metropolitan Community Church of Toronto has seating in all zones on both the main floor and the balcony, so arrive early for the best choice of seat.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Do I have to wear a mask?

We encourage all attendees to wear a mask, though this isn't a requirement. This policy is subject to change.
