Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Date and/or time changes are allowed up to 24 hours before your experience starts, subject to availability. Get in touch with us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible in this case; see our Terms and Conditions for more information.
Are refunds allowed?
Refunds are only possible if you purchased a ticket with flexible cancellation. You can return it up to 48 hours before the experience starts and receive a full refund. No documents are needed to request it; contact us to get your ticket refunded.
What different ticket types are available?
There are tickets for zones A, B and C; your seat within the purchased zone is assigned on arrival.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at Literaturhaus Frankfurt (Schöne Aussicht 2, 60311 Frankfurt am Main).
How do I get to the venue?
The venue can be reached by S-Bahn (lines 1 to 6, 8, 9, stop “Ostendstraße”), bus (lines 30/36 or 45, stops “Schöne Aussicht” or “Frankensteiner Platz”) or tram 18 (stop “Hospital zum Heiligen Geist”).
Is parking available?
Several parking options are available nearby: the “Bildungszentrum Ostend” underground car park (Sonnemannstraße 13, from 2 euros per hour, Mon-Sat 6:30am-1am, Sun 7:30am-1am), plus the car parks at Fleming's Deluxe Hotel Frankfurt Main-Riverside (Lange Straße 5-9), Hospital zum Heiligen Geist (Lange Straße 4-6) and Lindner Hotel and Residence Main Plaza (Walther-von-Cronberg-Platz 1), all open around the clock.
Is food or drink available?
No, food and drinks cannot be purchased on site. The in-house restaurant Goldmund is located at the Literaturhaus, but anyone wishing to dine there must book directly with the restaurant in advance.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
This venue is wheelchair accessible. Access to the event rooms and restrooms is barrier-free; the entrance with wheelchair ramp is at the back of the building, right next to the car park. All event rooms are also fitted with an induction hearing loop for hearing aid users.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed except for service animals.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
Are there tickets for companions or carers?
Guests who need a companion throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their companion. After purchasing your ticket, send us the relevant proof; we will then provide you with a voucher for the free companion ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability. Please show both your regular ticket and the companion ticket at entry.
