Tickets are only sold through the Fever app or website (feverup.com). There will be no ticket sales on site.

Can I change my ticket once purchased?

Changes of date are possible up to 48 hours in advance by contacting us with the ticket ID. No refunds are authorised.

A free pass can be requested for your companion. A valid ticket is required. Contact us with supporting documents. Please check in with staff on arrival to be prioritized.

Doors open 30 to 45 minutes before the start. Please arrive at least 30 minutes early. If you are late, entry to the room may not be permitted.
