You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play), signing in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

How long does the experience last?

The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the start time.

What different ticket types are available?

Zone A: best visibility (ADA accessible). Zone B: great visibility. Zone C: good visibility. Zone D: fair visibility.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
