About the venueKirche St. Matthäus

St. Matthäus Church is an architectural masterpiece in the neo-Gothic style. It was heavily damaged in World War II and had to undergo extensive restoration. Today, it is a popular venue for worship services and concerts. The interior of the church, with colorful stained glass windows and a splendid altar, offers a splendid atmosphere.

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email; there's no need to print anything.

There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No, tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought in advance through the app or the website (www.feverup.com).

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are possible up to 48 hours before the start of the experience. Please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances.

What applies to flexible refund tickets?

With a flexible refund ticket, you can request a full refund up to 48 hours before the start of the experience, with no documents required. Just get in touch with us.

Is there an age restriction for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need support throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their carer. Once you've purchased your own ticket, please send us the relevant supporting documentation. Once we receive it, we'll provide you with a voucher to purchase your free carer ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that both the regular ticket and the carer ticket must be shown at entry.

The experience lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes beforehand.
