For Valentine's Day, treat yourself to a Candlelight evening at the Villars Palace, in Villars-sur-Ollon. Lit by candles, a string quartet performs the most beautiful love songs from pop and film, for a concert to share as a couple.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Arrive early
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.
Let the music take over
Enjoy around 60 minutes of live music surrounded by candles.

What are the different types of tickets?
Category A: excellent visibility. Category B: good visibility. Category C: average visibility.
Can I buy tickets on site?
Tickets are not available for purchase on site. All tickets must be bought via the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for the person accompanying and assisting me?
If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your companion. Contact us by sending us all supporting documents once your ticket has been purchased (you must have a valid ticket before making your request).
Is there a minimum age to attend this event?
This event is only for people aged 8 or over, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same email address used for the purchase. The QR code to present on the day of the concert is also included in the confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of the concert stated on your original ticket. If you meet these conditions, contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds will be given. For more information, please see our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
What are flexible refundable tickets?
Available only for certain events, flexible refundable tickets allow you to request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
Until when can I request a refund for my flexible ticket?
You can request a refund for your flexible refundable ticket up to 48 hours before the start of the experience. Your ticket can no longer be refunded once it has been transferred to another user.

Can I leave the room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat before the end of the concert, except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 45 minutes before the concert starts so we can assign you a seat in the category you've booked. The concert starts on time and the audience must be seated before it begins. If you arrive late, we won't be able to let you into the room, out of respect for the artists and other attendees.
What happens if the concert can't take place due to weather conditions?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue or date), we'll let you know in advance by email.
Can I sit with friends?
Yes, if you all arrive at the same time and have tickets in the same category. We recommend arriving early: we'll do everything we can to seat you next to each other.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost: just tap 'Transfer tickets' in the Fever app. For further help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Are the candles real candles with a flame?
For everyone's safety, the room is lit with electronic candles, with no real flame.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
