What is The Jury Experience and what can I expect?
The Jury Experience is an immersive courtroom drama where you become part of the story as a juror. Analyze testimonies, cross-examinations, and evidence to uncover the truth. Your vote will determine the accused's fate in this high-stakes theatrical event.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 1 hour.
Can I purchase drinks on-site?
Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase for guests 21 and over. You may also bring your own bottle of water.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will not be any strobe lights.
Are seats numbered?
No, seats are not assigned. Seating is first-come, first-served within the zone you select when purchasing your ticket.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Yes, guests are welcome to take photos and/or record the experience. Please be mindful of others and the performers, and avoid using flash.

Do I need to print my ticket?
You don't need to print anything - just show your Fever ticket in the app or email upon arrival.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A (best visibility), Zone B (great visibility), Zone C (good visibility), and Zone D (fair visibility).
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time and are based on availability. Contact us directly to change your ticket.
Where can I get tickets, and can I buy one at the venue?
On the Fever App (Google Play and Apple Store) or the Fever website. Tickets are not sold at the venue - all tickets must be purchased through the app or website before arriving.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, transfers are free. Tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App, or contact us with your order number for help.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
Find your QR code ticket in the Fever app's Tickets section, logged in with the account you used to buy it. If you still can't find it, contact us.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance can apply for one free Personal Assistant/Support Worker pass after purchasing a valid ticket. Contact us with supporting documentation, such as Middle/Higher rate DLA, a PIP receipt, evidence of severe sight impairment, a CredAbility Access Card + 1 category, or a recognized Assistance Dog ID card.
