The soundtracks of Ennio Morricone and other great films come to life in a Candlelight concert in Verona. In the Sala Lounge Arch at Villa Brasavola de Massa, live piano accompanies you through cinema's most beloved melodies, in a hall lit only by candles.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

What ticket types are available?
There are 3 zones: from Zone A, closest to the stage, to Zone C, the furthest away.
Can I buy tickets on site?
No. Tickets cannot be purchased on site: you must buy them through the Fever app or website before arriving at the event.
Do I need to buy a ticket for the person assisting me?
Guests who need assistance during the experience are entitled to a free companion pass. Once you have purchased your ticket (you must have a valid ticket before applying), contact us with the necessary documentation.
What are the age requirements to attend?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the experience starts: contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds are available under any circumstances. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions.
What is the flexible refund ticket?
Available for selected events, the flexible refund ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return the flexible refund ticket?
You can get a full refund by contacting us at least 48 hours before the experience starts. The ticket is not refundable if it has been transferred to another user.
What documents do I need to provide to get a refund?
No documentation is required to request the refund.

The Sala Lounge Arch is located inside Villa Brasavola de Massa, in Piazza Cittadella, in Verona.
How do I get to the venue?
The venue is located at Piazza Cittadella 3, 37122 Verona.
Will it be possible to buy food?
No, it is not possible to buy food.
Are animals allowed?
Animals are not allowed, with the exception of assistance animals.
Is the venue accessible to people with disabilities?
No, unfortunately there are stairs to go down to reach the hall.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes: APCOA Parking Cittadella is 50 m away and SABA Parcheggio Arena is 400 m away.
Can I enter once the concert has started?
No. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts and latecomers cannot be admitted.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
