About the experience
What can I expect from the event?
The Jury Experience is an immersive courtroom drama where you serve as juror. You'll analyse testimonies, interrogations, and evidence to uncover the truth. Your vote will decide the fate of the accused.
How long is the experience?
Approximately 60 minutes.
What types of tickets are available?
Different zones based on visibility: Zone A (closest to the stage), Zone B, and Zone C.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and have tickets for the same zone. Get there early.
How do I participate in the voting?
By scanning a QR code with your phone. The QR will be visible at the venue and will take you to the voting page. If your camera doesn't scan QR codes, try Google Lens or a QR scanning app. Our staff can also assist you on site.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Only during the final part of the show and without flash.
Can I use my phone during the show?
Keep it on silent during the performance. At the end, you'll be asked to use it for voting.
Can I leave the room during the show?
No, except in case of emergency.

Can I buy tickets on site?
No. Only through the app or www.feverup.com.
Where can I find my ticket?
In the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, or in your confirmation email. Log in using the same method you used to purchase the ticket.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, it's validated through the Fever app upon arrival.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before the start. Contact us with your ticket number. No refunds.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, for free. Use "Transfer ticket" from your ticket in the app.

When should I arrive?
At least 40 minutes before the start. Late entry will not be permitted.
