Available for select events, it lets you request a full refund (minus a 10% fee) or exchange your ticket for a different date up to 48 hours before the experience starts. No documentation is required, just contact us with your ticket ID.

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free companion ticket. You must hold a valid ticket first, contact us for details.
