What are the different ticket types?

Tickets are sold by zone: Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility), and Zone C (good visibility).

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket first, then contact us for more information.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play), signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us quoting your ticket ID.

Are refunds allowed?

No refunds are allowed unless a flexible cancellation ticket was purchased. Exchanges to another date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before the originally purchased event, subject to availability.

How long does the experience last?

The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it starts.

Food and drink are not permitted inside the venue.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

The Cathedral is a few short blocks from the Garden City stop on the Hempstead Line of the Long Island Rail Road. If you're driving, we recommend parking on the north or west side of the Cathedral building.
