Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us with your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a Flexible Cancellation Ticket (see below). Exchanges to other dates and/or times are allowed up to 48 hours before the show starts, subject to availability.
What is a Flexible Cancellation Ticket?
Available for selected events, it lets you request a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend. Cancel up to 48 hours before the show starts; the refund excludes the 10% fee paid for the flexible option, and no documentation is needed. Note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it's transferred to another user.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A: Premium Visibility, Zone B: Great Visibility, Zone C: Good Visibility.
How long does the experience last, and what time should I arrive?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start time; seating is first come, first served within your zone, and no late entry is allowed out of respect for the musicians.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance can request 1 free companion ticket. Accepted documents include DLA (middle/higher rate for care and/or mobility), a PIP receipt, evidence of severe sight impairment, a CredAbility Access Card, or a recognized Assistance Dog ID Card.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not sold at the venue; they must be purchased through the Fever app or website before you arrive.

Is it an indoor or outdoor experience?
This is an indoor experience with assigned seating.
Is there food or drink available?
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available for additional purchase (you must be 21+ with valid ID to buy alcohol). Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the venue is ADA compliant.
Is parking available?
Limited street parking is available; Uber or Lyft is recommended.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals. Please contact us in advance if you plan to bring one.
What is “Candlelight Photo”?
An optional add-on: you'll have your photo taken in a specially designated area and receive a printed polaroid-style picture (1 per purchase). It can also be bought at the venue if it hasn't sold out, though online buyers get priority; on-site purchases are card only, no cash accepted.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Any Candle 3-Pack purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As it's tied to the specific Candlelight date and location, it is non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased. All sales are final.
