We really enjoyed the concert! My only suggestion is that the parking lot be clearly marked or address be given along with the tickets! We parked on the street and it was quite a walk on a rainy evening! Overall….we had a good experience!

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just click “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app.

How long does the experience last?

The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the start time, and we recommend arriving early to be seated within your purchased zone.

Is this an indoor or outdoor event?

This is an indoor, seated experience with assigned zones.

Is there food served?

No, no outside food or beverages are allowed at the venue.

Is there parking available?

Parking is extremely limited at Bishop McVinney Auditorium. Set your GPS to “30 Fenner Street, Providence, RI 02903” to find nearby lots, or use the free parking available on Dave Gavitt Parkway. Arrive early, as late entry is not permitted past the 10-minute grace period.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket first; please contact us for more information.

Does this venue have disability access?

Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians.

What are the different ticket types?

Zone A offers amazing visibility, Zone B great visibility, and Zone C good visibility.

No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
