What are the different ticket types?
Zone A – best visibility. Zone B – great visibility. Zone C – good visibility.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play) — log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts — just contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. See our T&Cs for more information.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app, or contact us with your ticket ID for help.
How long does the show last?
The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it starts.
Is this an indoor or outdoor event?
This is an indoor event with assigned seating.
Is there food served?
Drinks are available for purchase at the bar. No outside food or drinks are allowed inside the venue.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there's free on-site parking for guests driving to the venue.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
You must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their carer/caretaker. You'll need a valid ticket of your own first — then contact us for more information.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue is ADA accessible — wheelchair-accessible (ADA) seating is available specifically in Zone C.
Can I bring animals to the venue?
Animals aren't allowed, except for service animals.
Are the candles flammable?
No — for everyone's safety, all candles used at the event are flameless.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be picked up at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they're tied to that specific Candlelight date and location, all Candle add-on purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable once collected — all sales are final.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, you can sit together with friends if you arrive together and hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early so we can do our best to seat you together.
How do I get to the venue?
13411 Shire Lane, Fort Myers — off Daniels Parkway, 1.5 miles west of I-75 and 1.25 miles east of 6 Mile Cypress Parkway, on the campus of the Unitarian Universalist Church of Fort Myers. Free on-site parking is available if you're driving.
