All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

The experience takes place at the Sendesaal Bremen: Bürgermeister-Spitta-Allee 45, 28329 Bremen, Germany.

By public transport: From Bremen Hauptbahnhof, take bus line 24 or 21 to the Heinrich-Hertz-Straße/Am Sendesaal stop and walk for 2 minutes from there. Alternatively, you can take tram line 1 to the Polizeipräsidium stop or line 4 to the Bürgermeister-Spitta-Allee stop; from either stop it's about an 11-minute walk to the Sendesaal. By car via the A27 (from the direction of Hannover): In Langenhagen, turn off Vahrenwalder Straße onto the B522 and follow the A352, A7 and A27 to Franz-Schütte-Allee in Oberneuland, Bremen. Leave the A27 at exit 20-Bremen-Vahr and continue via Richard-Boljahn-Allee and Bürgermeister-Spitta-Allee to Schwachhausen. By car via the A1 (from the direction of Hamburg): Take the A1 to Franz-Schütte-Allee in Oberneuland, Bremen. Leave the A27 at exit 20-Bremen-Vahr and continue via Richard-Boljahn-Allee and Bürgermeister-Spitta-Allee to Schwachhausen.

Yes, drinks are available to purchase on site.

Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals.

Yes, the venue is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Wheelchair spaces are only available in Zone A.

Yes, the paid car park Bürgermeister-Spitta-Allee PRM is located right next to the entrance of the Sendesaal.

The concert lasts 60 minutes. There is no interval.

Doors open 30 minutes before the start of the concert. Late entry after the concert has started is not possible.

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.

For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.

Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.

There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.

Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
