Absolutely wonderful easy fun relaxing and enjoyable. Sometimes doing concerts or plays and sporting events are just to much of a hassle and wide up being a pain. This was a night out very intimate and elegant. We would go again 1000%

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, refer to our T&Cs.
Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, contact us indicating your ticket ID.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the show, and there is no entry once it starts.
Is this an indoor or outdoor event?
This is an indoor event, held in the Lecture Hall at Fort Worth Botanic Garden.
Is there food or drinks available?
Beverages are available for additional purchase, but Fort Worth Botanic Garden does not allow drinks inside the Lecture Hall. Arrive up to 45 minutes early to enjoy a drink in the Lecture Link and Beggs Courtyard before the concert.
Is there parking available?
Yes, parking is free at Parking Lot A (Garden Center and Conservatory), 3220 Botanic Garden Boulevard, Fort Worth, TX 76107. The Lecture Hall is in building #1, at the far right end of the lot.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue is ADA-compliant, with ADA seats available in both Zone A and Zone B. Please email hello@feverup.com beforehand if you need ADA seating.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance are entitled to one free pass for their caretaker. Once you've purchased your own ticket, contact us for more information.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians. Please keep your phone on silent for the rest of the performance.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time, and latecomers will not be admitted out of respect for the musicians and other guests.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early so we can do our best to seat your group together.
Are the candles flammable?
No, for the safety of attendees all candles used during the event are flameless.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
