Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play) — just log in with the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change the date or get a refund?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before your experience starts — just contact us with your ticket ID; refunds aren't available for standard tickets. If you purchased a Flexible Refund Ticket (available for select events), you can return it up to 48 hours before the experience starts for a full refund (this isn't possible once the ticket has been transferred) — no documentation needed, just contact us here.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app; for extra help, contact us with your ticket ID.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts around 60 minutes, with doors opening 60 minutes before the show starts. Once the show has started, entry is no longer possible.
Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
The experience takes place indoors with assigned seating.
Is food or drink available?
No food will be served, but there is a bar on site selling both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Is there parking available?
Yes, free parking is available at the venue.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes, all guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
I need a caretaker — how do I get a ticket for them?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their caretaker. First purchase your own ticket, then contact us for more information on how to apply.
Does the venue have disability access?
Yes.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians. Your phone must stay on silent throughout the performance.
How do I get to the venue?
The venue (The Sanctuary Church, 1400 N Federal Hwy, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304) is accessible by car or rideshare.
Can I bring animals?
Animals aren't allowed, except for service animals.
What happens if weather affects the event?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
Are the candles real?
No, for the safety of all guests, all candles are flameless.
What is the "Candlelight Photo" add-on?
This optional package offers an exclusive photo experience in a specially designated area before the event, concluding 10 minutes before the concert starts; arrive at least 30 minutes early to allow enough time. You'll receive a printed polaroid-style photo, to be collected at the exit — please note photos can't be kept for later collection, so refunds or rescheduling aren't possible if you leave without them.
What's the policy for Candle 3-Packs bought online?
Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they're tied to the specific date and location, all Candle 3-Pack purchases picked up on site are final — non-refundable and non-returnable.
