How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight: Coldplay vs. Ed Sheeran in Madrid lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
To guarantee a safe environment for you and the musicians, all lighting is done with LED candles. You'll enjoy the same warm atmosphere without worrying about fire or heat.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
Remember that the concerts often happen in historic venues where the temperature varies with the weather. We suggest keeping this in mind when choosing your outfit to enjoy the evening in the most comfortable way.
Will there be food and drink service at Ateneo de Madrid?
You will be able to buy drinks at this event; however, there will be no food available.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
Out of respect for the artists on stage and the other attendees, we kindly ask that you not leave your seat unless it's an emergency.
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent throughout the concert. You can only take photos and videos without flash during the last piece, as indicated by the musicians on stage.
Can tickets be bought at the Ateneo de Madrid box office?
Tickets are not on sale inside the venue or at Ateneo de Madrid's own box office. To attend the concert, you must purchase them through the official Fever website or by downloading the app.
How does seating assignment and zoning work?
The venue has several zones with prices adjusted to the distance and perspective from the stage. Upon arriving at Ateneo de Madrid, you'll be seated according to the order of entry and the type of ticket you purchased.
Can we sit together if we're a group?
Yes, you can sit together perfectly. To ensure contiguous seats, the whole group must arrive at the same time and have tickets in the same category. We suggest coming 30 minutes early so our team can seat you together without any problem.
Can tickets for Candlelight: Coldplay vs. Ed Sheeran be gifted?
Absolutely! To gift the Candlelight experience, you can buy a Gift Card valid for any Candlelight concert in your country, allowing the recipient to choose their preferred date and concert. Alternatively, if you've already purchased a ticket for a specific date, you can use the "Transfer Tickets" option in the app to send it as a gift.
What is "Candlelight Photo"?
Get this pack to enjoy an exclusive photo session in a special area inside Ateneo de Madrid. You'll take home an instant physical Polaroid photo as the perfect souvenir.
Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" photos at Ateneo de Madrid?
If there are spots available at Ateneo de Madrid, you can purchase Candlelight Photos paying only with a card. We recommend booking it online in advance, as those purchases have priority over sales at the venue.
When will I receive the photo?
You'll be able to pick the photo you like best for printing. Our team will have it ready for you to collect at the venue's exit, so remember to pick it up when the show ends since it can't be kept for later.
What does the "Pack of 3 candles" include? Are they real?
This pack contains 3 LED candles that imitate the warm glow characteristic of a real candle. Since they have no fire, they are safe and perfect for adding a cozy touch to your home.
What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?
Don't forget to take your online-bought candles home during the concert. As it's a product tied to a specific date and venue, the "Pack of 3 candles" cannot be returned, and its sale is final.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: Coldplay vs. Ed Sheeran in Madrid?
Your tickets are saved in the "Tickets" section within the Fever app (available on Apple App Store or Google Play). Simply log in with the same account or method you used to buy them. You'll also receive a confirmation email with your QR code. Being 100% digital tickets, there's no need to print anything.
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
It's easy and completely free to send your tickets to anyone you want. Just select the "Transfer tickets" option within your Fever app ticket. For any other inquiries or additional help, contact us with your ticket number included.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?
We suggest coming with a 30-minute buffer so you can get seated without any hassle. Entry ends strictly 5 minutes before starting, and no new entries will be allowed after it begins, to preserve the atmosphere of the event.
When should I arrive to have my photo taken?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early so there's enough time to take your photo. The photo session takes place before the show and ends 10 minutes before it starts.
Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?
You'll get directions to the photo area once you enter Ateneo de Madrid. If you have any questions, any of our staff will be happy to help you.
Is there parking available at Ateneo de Madrid?
Unfortunately, there is no parking available for attendees, so we recommend using public transportation.
Is there a dress code for Candlelight concerts?
No need to dress up; the vibe is casual and relaxed. The main thing is that you wear a comfortable outfit to fully enjoy the candlelight experience.
Are pets or animals allowed in Ateneo de Madrid? What about service animals?
Pets are not allowed in this experience, but if you need to attend with a guide or assistance dog, their entry is 100% guaranteed.
Do you offer free tickets for caregivers or assistants of people with disabilities?
Of course! If you need help enjoying the experience, your plus-one can enter for free. Please reach out to us with your proof so we can sort it out for you.
Is Ateneo de Madrid accessible for people with reduced mobility (PRM)?
