For each zone of the theater there are full-price, half-price, and Entrada Social tickets. Each zone has a different price, depending on proximity to the stage. The Entrada Social ticket can be purchased by anyone, subject to availability.
Can I buy tickets at the event venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or the Fever website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You don't need to print anything: just show your Fever ticket(s) on the app or via email when you arrive at the venue.
Can I book a ticket for my caregiver?
Customers who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to request 1 (one) free pass for their personal assistant or caregiver. After purchasing your ticket (you must have a valid ticket before making the request), contact us with supporting documentation.
Is there a minimum age for the event?
All guests must be 8 years of age or older to attend. Those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Who can buy half-price tickets?
Students, seniors, people with disabilities and their companion, low-income youth, and teachers from state and municipal public school systems (early childhood, elementary, and high school levels). Everyone must present a document proving this condition; otherwise, they won't be able to use the half-price discount and will have to pay the full ticket price.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. To do this, contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
Can I take photos or record videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken at appropriate moments, with screen brightness reduced and without flash, as indicated by the musicians.

Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat, except in case of emergency.
When should I arrive?
Arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to choose a seat within the zone you purchased. The concert starts on time and the audience should already be seated. If you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to come in.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (venue change or postponement), you'll be notified by email in advance.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes. Seats aren't numbered: they're taken on a first-come, first-served basis within your ticket's zone. You can sit together if you arrive at the same time and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost: just tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in the purchase confirmation email.
Are the candles flammable?
For everyone's safety, all candles are LED.
What is the Entrada Social ticket?
Anyone can buy it, with no proof required. It includes a R$5 donation to NGOs and nonprofit organizations.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
