Loved everything about the show! From the location to the amazing music these wonderful people played with the instruments. Loved the experience i am definitely doing this again.One suggestion is to have Candelight do a show about (Clair obscur Expedition 33) wich is a ps5 video game THE MUSIC IS AMAZING

What are the different ticket types?
Zone A (Premium Visibility), Zone B (Great Visibility), Zone C (Good Visibility), Zone D (Obstructed View).
Do I need to print my ticket?
No — your ticket and QR code are available in the Tickets section of the Fever app and in your confirmation email. Just show it on your phone at the venue.
Can I change my ticket or get a refund?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience's start time — contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. If you purchased a Flexible Refund Ticket (available for select events), you can request a full refund up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documentation required — note that transferring the ticket makes it non-refundable.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app, or contact us with your ticket ID for help.
How long does the experience last?
60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and there's no entry once it starts.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
Indoors, with assigned seating.
Will food be available?
No food or drink is available.
Is there parking at the venue?
Parking options are limited street parking and paid metered parking in the church's lot. We recommend arriving early to secure a spot, and rideshares are highly encouraged.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 or older; anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free pass for their caretaker. Once you've purchased your own ticket, contact us for more information.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue is ADA-compliant.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
Only during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
How do I get to the venue?
St. Gregory's Episcopal Church is centrally located in Boca Raton and accessible by bus, rideshare, walking, or personal vehicle. (Address: 100 NE Mizner Blvd, Boca Raton, FL 33432.)
When should I arrive?
At least 30 minutes before the concert starts to be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and the audience must already be seated — no late entry is permitted under any circumstances.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we'll do our best to seat you together.
Can I use my phone or leave my seat during the performance?
Your phone must stay on silent throughout. Out of respect for the musicians and audience, you can't leave your seat except in an emergency.
Are the candles real flames?
For everyone's safety, all candles used are flameless.
What's the policy on Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they're tied to your specific Candlelight date and location, online Candle 3-Pack purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable once collected — all sales are final.
