What are the different ticket types?
Premium, Category A, Category B and Category C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same email address used to make the purchase. You will also find the QR code you need to show on the day of the concert in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time shown on your originally purchased ticket. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID. No refunds will be given. For more information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
What is a flexible refundable ticket?
Available only for selected events, this ticket lets you request a full refund of your ticket up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documentation required. Contact us here to request your refund. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another person.
How long does the concert last and when should I arrive?
The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before it starts so we can assign you a seat in your booked category. The concert will start on time; latecomers will not be admitted.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
This is an indoor venue with assigned seating.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
This event is for guests aged 8 and older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where is the experience taking place?
At the Trianon Transatlantique, 114 Av. du 14 Juillet, 76300 Sotteville-lès-Rouen.
Is there food or drinks available?
No, no food or drinks will be offered on site.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, this event is accessible to guests with reduced mobility by selecting the Premium category: seats for guests with reduced mobility are only available in this category. If you require assistance, you can request a free pass for your carer after purchasing your ticket by contacting us with supporting documentation.
Is there parking available nearby?
Yes, plenty of parking spaces are available near the venue.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, please contact us, indicating your ticket ID.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you all arrive at the same time and have tickets for the same category. We recommend arriving early; we will do our best to find you seats next to each other.
What happens if the concert cannot take place due to bad weather conditions?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue or date), we will notify you by email in advance.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash; the artists will remind you during the show. Your phone must remain on silent mode for the entire performance. Out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat before the end of the concert, except in an emergency.
Are the candles used real candles with a flame?
For everyone's safety, the room is lit with electronic candles that have no real flame.
