Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash; the artists will remind you during the show. Your phone must remain on silent mode for the entire performance. Out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat before the end of the concert, except in an emergency.

For everyone's safety, the room is lit with electronic candles that have no real flame.
