Birthdays
⏳ You have the birthday room for 30 minutes.
🤸 A host will be present to guide you during the birthday party.
🎂 Soft drinks are included in the birthday package.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Note: everyone who enters the exhibition or the birthday room needs a birthday ticket. All adults present must have a valid ticket. Children must always be accompanied by an adult.

Important

• Birthdays must be booked through the website and cannot be reserved by email.
• The purchase of birthday tickets includes 30 minutes of using the party room.
• The birthday room is automatically reserved for you at the time you choose. You can be admitted up to 30 minutes before this time. The room's maximum capacity is 20 people.
• Register at the box office upon arrival and indicate that you are there for a birthday party. A coordinator will guide you and remain available during the party to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• All guests need a valid ticket, except children under 3.
• You can bring your own decorations, but tape on the walls is not allowed.
• You can bring your own cake and drinks. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed on the premises. If you prefer to have a cake delivered, you can do so. When ordering, mention "Bubble Planet" with the address: Jaarbeurs Boulevard (Hallencomplex Hal 5), Entree buitenzijde, 3521 AL, to avoid delivery problems.
• To make your visit as smooth as possible, the birthday visit starts with 30 minutes in the party room. After the party, the group visits the exhibition. Since the exhibition is self-guided, you don't have to gather your guests again to return in time for cake and drinks.
• The party room is equipped with Happy Birthday banners, tablecloths, napkins, forks, and plates for cake and soft drinks.
  For children under 3, or on request, soft drinks can be replaced with juice.
• You can play your own music in the party room with an iPhone or Android phone.
• After the reserved time in the party room, you receive the tickets to access the experience.
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
