Candlelight brings the music of the 80s to the Französische Friedrichstadtkirche in the Französischer Dom at Gendarmenmarkt. A string quartet plays the decade's biggest hits live, surrounded by the glow of thousands of candles, in a 60-minute concert with no interval.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Heute waren wir bereits zum dritten Mal bei einem Candlelight-Konzert – diesmal zu einem neuen Thema – und es war wieder einfach großartig! ✨ Das Rhapsody-Quartett hat uns erneut begeistert. Die Musiker haben die Stücke mit so viel Gefühl und Leidenschaft gespielt, dass die Musik wirklich unter die Haut ging. Die besondere Atmosphäre im Kerzenschein macht das Ganze jedes Mal zu einem ganz besonderen Erlebnis. Es war ein wunderschöner Abend mit tollem Feeling und einer rundum gelungenen Veranstaltung. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können die Candlelight-Konzerte absolut weiterempfehlen! 🎶🕯️

What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before attending the event via the app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to a free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your own ticket, please send us the relevant supporting documents. We'll then provide you with a voucher that you can use to get the free carer ticket, subject to availability, in the Fever app. Please note that you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket at entry.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience begins. If this is the case, please contact us with your ticket ID. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our terms and conditions.
What is the flexible refund ticket?
With the flexible refund ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my ticket?
You can return your flexible refund ticket and receive a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience begins. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it's transferred to another person.

No documents are required to request your refund.

The experience takes place at the Französischer Dom (Gendarmenmarkt 5, 10117 Berlin).
How do I get to the venue?
Underground: U6 Französische Straße, U2/U6 Stadtmitte station. Bus: 147 Französische Straße underground station.
Will food and drinks be available?
Food and drinks can be purchased on site on the ground floor.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. Please contact us in advance if you'll be accompanied by a service animal.
Does the venue have accessible access?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.
Is there parking available?
General parking is available for a fee at Gendarmenmarkt and in surrounding car parks.
What is "Candlelight Foto"?
This package offers a unique photo experience, exclusively for guests who book it. You'll have the chance to have your photo taken in a specially set-up area. As a keepsake, you'll receive a printed Polaroid-style instant photo per purchase.
Can I buy "Candlelight Fotos" at the venue?
Photos can be purchased at the venue until sold out. Guests who book the photo experience via the website together with their concert tickets will be given priority over those who make their purchase on site. Please note that we only accept card payments on site; cash payment is not possible.
When will my photo be taken?
We carry out your photo session before or after the concert. To allow enough time for the photos, we prefer to hold the photo session after the concert.
When will I receive my photo?
You can choose your photos on site for printing. Our team will then print the selected photos and you can take them with you. Please don't forget to collect your photos, as we're unable to keep them.
Whereabouts at the venue does the photo session take place?
Once you've entered the venue, our on-site staff will give you further details about the location of the photo experience. If you have any further questions, just ask our on-site staff.
How can I prove that I've booked the photo experience?
You'll receive a QR code by email, separate from your ticket purchase confirmation. Show this QR code to the photographer at the venue so your photo session can begin.
Can I get a refund for the photo experience?
Refunds are only available if the photo experience has to be cancelled for reasons within our control. In such a case, you'll be refunded for your photo experience booking.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
