Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

You can cancel for a full refund up to 48 hours before your session, and change the date and/or time up to 24 hours in advance. No changes are possible within 24 hours of your session.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. Just click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App.

What's the goal?

With your team, try to escape from as many cells as possible. If you fail, you can retry or try new cells — but the overall timer keeps running! Each successful challenge earns you between 25 and 100 points, and live rankings are displayed on screens in the reception and game areas.

How many people can play?

Prison Island Clermont-Ferrand can accommodate 20 teams of 5 people at the same time. Groups larger than 5 will be split into multiple teams. For the best experience we recommend coming in teams of 3 or more, though play is possible from 2 people.

How long does the experience last?

The game lasts between 60 and 120 minutes depending on the option you choose, plus about 20 minutes for check-in and briefing beforehand.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

There is no restaurant on site, but a bar serves soft drinks, draught and bottled beer, and a few sweet or savoury snacks; several restaurants are within a 5-minute walk.
