    The Balcony Bar opens 60 minutes before showtime, and the theatre's seating area and main bar open 30 minutes before. Arrive early to grab a drink and soak up the atmosphere before the show starts.

    Choose from Ringside VIP, Premium, Classic, or the reserved Moet Champagne Table for two. Most tickets are unallocated seating within their section.

Blanc de Blanc Encore invites you into a five-star, champagne-soaked extravaganza of world-class circus, acrobatics, cheeky humour, and vintage glamour — all within Brisbane's award-winning new venue, The West End Electric. Arrive early to soak up the velvet-draped opulence that nods to the allure of London's West End Theatre District, complete with hand-crafted cocktails, mouth-watering bar bites and, of course, Champagne.

This performance includes strobe lighting, haze, feathers, adult content, strong language, nudity and alcohol references. Please take precautions if you have asthma or allergies.

  • Accessibility

    The West End Electric can cater to a number of access requirements. The main theatre seating area has level access from Wilson Street. The main bar and accessible bathroom are on the "platform" level, reached via a wheelchair lift or a flight of 4 steps. The second-floor balcony bar and its bathroom are only reachable by stairs. Guests with accessibility requirements are encouraged to contact ticketing@strutnfret.com ahead of their visit.

Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your event. Please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. Refunds are not allowed, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free via "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need help, including your ticket order number.
What can I expect from the show?
Champagne-cabaret meets circus-cabaret. The show blends sultry cabaret, burlesque humour, world-class acrobatics, aerial acts, dance, music and variety-style performance, with high production value and world-class international talent, set inside the velvet-draped, award-winning new theatre The West End Electric.

Yes. The theatre bar and balcony bar are open for an hour pre-show and also post-show, serving a menu of freshly shaken cocktails and bar bites.

Is there an age requirement?
Yes. Blanc de Blanc Encore is strictly 18+ due to mild nudity and adult themes.
Will there be strobe lights?
Blanc de Blanc Encore features strobe lighting and theatrical effects as part of the immersive experience. If you're sensitive to strobe lights, please take this into consideration before attending.
Can I book a group package?
Packages and bundles are available for groups from 6 to 30 people here. For groups larger than 30, please contact ticketing@strutnfret.com directly.
Do you accept Companion Cards?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us here with proof of a companion card. Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based on availability). Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue.
