What are the different ticket types?

Premium, Category A, Category B, Category C, Category D, Balcony.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No — your ticket and QR code are available in the Tickets section of the Fever app and in your confirmation email. Just show it on your phone at the venue.

Can I change my ticket or get a refund?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your ticket's start time — contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not available. See our Terms & Conditions for more information.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

Yes, free of charge, to any other Fever account. Tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app, or contact us with your ticket ID for help.

How long does the experience last?

Around 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the concert starts, and latecomers cannot be admitted.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Indoors, with assigned seating.

Will food or drinks be available?

No.

Is there an age requirement?

This event is for ages 8 and up; anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your carer. Contact us with supporting documentation once you've purchased your own valid ticket.

Does the venue have accessible access?

Yes, but only in the Stalls — not in the Balcony.

Can I take photos or videos during the show?

Only during the final piece, without flash — the performers will remind you.

When should I arrive?

At least 30 minutes before the concert starts so we can seat you in your purchased category. The concert starts on time and, out of respect for the performance and other guests, latecomers cannot be admitted.

What happens if the concert can't go ahead due to weather?

If weather affects your experience in any way (venue or date change), we'll let you know by email in advance.

Can I sit with my friends?

Yes, if you arrive together and hold tickets for the same category. We recommend arriving early — we'll do our best to seat you together.

Can I use my phone or leave my seat during the performance?

Your phone must stay on silent throughout. Out of respect for the musicians and other guests, you can't leave your seat except in an emergency.

Are the candles real flames?

For everyone's safety, the room is lit with flameless electronic candles.
