There is free parking all around Town Center. Parking garages have 30-minute, 2-hour and reserved spots, plus free all-day parking (unsigned spots — please check the walls). Street parking is 2-hour only. The 2nd floor of the Blue Garage connects directly to the theater main entrance via a bridge — an ADA-accessible route with an elevator that avoids the use of stairs.

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket (it is essential to hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us for more information.

Yes, the venue is ADA accessible. ADA seating is located in Zone C.

The Zeider American Dream Theater is at 4509 Commerce Street, Virginia Beach, VA 23462, on the corner of Market St. and Commerce St. The main entrance is on the 2nd floor of the building, marked with a large white "Z". Stairs lead up from both the Commerce St. and Columbus St. entrances; the recommended ADA-accessible route (avoiding stairs) is via the 2nd floor of the Blue parking garage, which connects to the theater by a bridge and has an elevator.

Zone A (best visibility), Zone B (great visibility), Zone C (also great visibility). ADA accessible seats are found in Zone C.

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
