Zeider’s theatre is a comfortable, intimate venue for candlelight concerts. Celia, the quartet’s frontwoman, is a fun, engaging host! Love that it’s 1 hour only of non-stop entertainment. Great evening

Zeiders American Dream Theater is located on the 2nd floor of the block above Taste Unlimited in Town Center of Virginia Beach. The Main Stage Theater has a thrust stage with 299 fixed seats in 3-sided stadium seating. The Z hosts a variety of rental events each year, ranging from full performances and fashion shows to receptions and meetings. The Z has a state-of-the-art facility, technical equipment and professional event staff to support all kinds of events.

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket date or get a refund?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience; contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket and how do I use it?
The Flexible Refund Ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend, as long as you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts (no documentation needed). Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable if transferred to another user.
How long does the experience last?
60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show; no entry once it starts.
Is this an indoor or outdoor experience?
It's an indoor venue with assigned seating.
Is there food or beverage served?
Yes. This venue will have beverages and light refreshments available in the lobby at 2 locations — the main concessions stand and a pop-up stand.
Is there parking available?
There is free parking all around Town Center. Parking garages have 30-minute, 2-hour and reserved spots, plus free all-day parking (unsigned spots — please check the walls). Street parking is 2-hour only. The 2nd floor of the Blue Garage connects directly to the theater main entrance via a bridge — an ADA-accessible route with an elevator that avoids the use of stairs.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket (it is essential to hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us for more information.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue is ADA accessible. ADA seating is located in Zone C.
How do I get to the venue?
The Zeider American Dream Theater is at 4509 Commerce Street, Virginia Beach, VA 23462, on the corner of Market St. and Commerce St. The main entrance is on the 2nd floor of the building, marked with a large white "Z". Stairs lead up from both the Commerce St. and Columbus St. entrances; the recommended ADA-accessible route (avoiding stairs) is via the 2nd floor of the Blue parking garage, which connects to the theater by a bridge and has an elevator.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A (best visibility), Zone B (great visibility), Zone C (also great visibility). ADA accessible seats are found in Zone C.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Do I have to wear a mask?
We encourage all attendees to wear a mask, however this is not a requirement. This policy is subject to change.
What is "Photo by Candlelight"?
This package offers a unique photo experience, exclusively available to guests who purchase it, in a specially designated area. As a souvenir, you'll receive 1 instant printed picture in a Polaroid style.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
All Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they're tied to the specific date and location, all Candle add-on items are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased — all sales are final.
