Designed in 1915 by architect Carlo Angelo Ceresa to house the new headquarters of the Savings Bank, Palazzo della Luce is inspired by the monumental criteria of the late 1800s with a superb facade inspired by Juvarra, modeled after Palazzo Madama. Since 2021, it has hosted Candlelight concerts, with a rich monthly program.

What are the ticket types?
There are four ticket types: Premium (excellent visibility), Zone A (good visibility), Zone B (average visibility) and Zone C (limited visibility).
When should I arrive?
Doors open 45 minutes before the start. Seats are assigned according to the zone purchased and order of arrival. The show starts on time and entry is not permitted after it has begun.
Can I sit near my friends?
Yes, if you've bought tickets in the same zone and arrive together. We recommend arriving early.
What are the age requirements?
The minimum age is 8. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles flammable?
No, for everyone's safety the candles are flameless.
Can I take photos or videos?
Only during the final piece, without flash and following the musicians' instructions.
Can I use my phone?
Your phone must remain on silent mode for the whole duration of the show.
Can I leave the room during the show?
No, except in case of emergency.
Can I buy tickets on site?
No. Tickets must be bought in advance through the Fever app (Google Play or App Store) or on the website.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, free of charge: forward the person the PDF with the barcode you received by email. If you have any questions, contact support quoting the ticket ID.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the event by contacting support with your ticket ID. No refunds are available. For more details, see the Terms and Conditions.
Do I need a ticket for my carer?
No: guests who need assistance are entitled to a free ticket for their carer. Contact support attaching a document certifying your needs, and you'll receive a code for the free ticket. You'll need to show the document and the tickets at the entrance.
Where can I find my ticket?
In the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, by logging in with the same profile used for the purchase. The PDF with the barcode is also in your confirmation email.
What happens in case of bad weather?
If bad weather affects the event (change of venue or postponement), you'll receive an email at the address linked to your Fever profile. Check your spam folder too.
