What is The Jury Experience and what can I expect?
The Jury Experience is an immersive courtroom experience where you become part of the story as a juror. Analyse testimonies, cross-examinations, and evidence to uncover the truth. Your vote decides the fate of the defendant.
How long does the Experience last?
The Experience lasts approximately 75 minutes. As the duration depends on audience interaction, we recommend allowing some extra time.
How do I participate in the Experience?
To take part in the voting rounds, scan a QR code with your smartphone (via the camera app, Google Lens, or a QR scanner app). The QR code is displayed on site and takes you directly to the voting page. Staff are available to assist if needed.
Is food and drink served?
Yes, snacks and drinks are available before, during, and after the show at the bar. Payment can only be made by card.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
No, photos and videos are not allowed during the show.

What different types of tickets are there?
Zone A, Zone B, Zone C (Balcony), Zone D, Zone E (Stool).
Can I buy tickets at the box office?
No, tickets are not available at the venue. All tickets must be purchased in advance through the app or feverup.com.
Are seats numbered?
No, there are no numbered seats. You are seated on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone of your ticket.
Can I book a ticket for my companion?
Guests requiring assistance can request a free pass for their personal assistant/companion by providing proof of need. Each companion ticket must be purchased alongside at least one full ticket and presented upon entry.
Where can I find my ticket?
In the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app, logged in with the same credentials used for purchase. The QR code is also included in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Depending on availability, date/time can be changed up to 48 hours in advance; please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and have tickets for the same zone. Arrive on time so we can do our best to seat you together.
Can I give my tickets to someone else?
Yes, free of charge via 'Transfer Tickets' in the Fever app to another Fever account. Please contact us with your ticket ID for assistance.

Where does the Experience take place? How do I get to the location?
Boom Chicago, Rozengracht 117, 1016 LV Amsterdam, centrally located and easily accessible. By public transport: Tram 5/13 to Marnixstraat/Rozengracht (3 min walk), Tram 7/19 to Elandsgracht (5 min walk), or Tram 2/12 to Paleisstraat (15 min walk).
Is there an age limit for the event?
All guests must be 12 years or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is there a cloakroom?
Yes, there is an unattended cloakroom at the bar.
Can I bring pets?
Pets are not allowed, except for assistance dogs (please notify in advance via hello@boomchicago.nl).
Is this venue wheelchair accessible?
