Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours in advance. To make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A, Zone B, Zone B (Rollstuhlplatz) and Zone C. Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
This experience is for guests aged 18 and over. Valid ID may be requested.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and have tickets in the same area, you will be seated together. We recommend arriving early so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker.
What can I expect from the event?
A soulful live music experience in an intimate, atmospheric venue, where world-class musicians bring jazz to life through saxophones, trumpets, vocals, and spontaneous improvisation.
Where does the experience take place?
The show takes place at the Colosseum Berlin (Gleimstraße 31, 10437 Berlin).
How do I get to the venue?
By public transport, you can reach the venue via the Am Schönhauser Allee stop: S-Bahn S41/42, S8 and S85 as well as U-Bahn U2.
When should I arrive?
Entry is possible 30 minutes before the show starts. The venue opens its doors 1 hour before the performance begins.
Is there parking at the venue?
Parking at this venue is limited. There are some parking options nearby. We recommend planning your journey carefully and using public transport if possible.
Are food and drinks available?
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks can be bought at the bar before the show. However, food is not offered.
Can I take photos or film?
Taking photos without flash is allowed during the show, but filming is not. For the best possible experience for you and all the other guests, however, we recommend taking photos only at the end during the bows, so you can enjoy the performance undisturbed.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. If you're accompanied by a service animal, please contact us with your ticket order number (Ticket ID) and use “Bringing a service animal” as the subject.
Does the venue have accessible entry?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible and accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Does the venue have toilets?
Yes, toilets are available. If you have any questions, feel free to ask our staff on site.
Will strobe lights be used at the venue?
No, no strobe lights are used in this show.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket for free. Just click “Transfer tickets” in the Fever app. If you need help, please contact us with your ticket order number (Ticket ID).
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your ticket is validated contactlessly in the Fever app. Printing it is therefore not necessary.
Can I still enter the show after it has started?
Entry after the start is not possible. To ensure the best possible experience for all guests, we ask that you arrive on time.
