Birthday parties

👥 Remember that all guests must have a valid ticket. All adults must have a valid ticket, and children must always be supervised by an adult.

FAQ

• Birthday parties must be booked via the website and cannot be booked by email.
• The purchase of birthday tickets includes 30 minutes in the party room.
• Your birthday room is reserved for the time you have chosen. You can arrive no earlier than 30 minutes before your reserved time. The room can accommodate up to 20 people. When you arrive, tell the ticket office that you are there for a birthday party and your coordinator will come to assist you. During the party, a coordinator will be there to ensure you have access to the room and your tickets.
• All guests must have a ticket, including to enter the party room, unless they are under 3 years old. Tickets are non-refundable.
• You can bring your own decorations, but we do not allow the use of tape on the walls.
• You may bring your own cake and drinks, but alcoholic beverages are not allowed on site. If you prefer, you can always order the cake on site. To avoid any delivery issues, please provide the following address: Sela Park Casablanca - Casaview Shopping Center, Mag N° 1 Nassim, Casablanca, 20352
• To make your visit as enjoyable as possible, the 30 minutes in the party room mark the start of your visit, and you and your guests will visit the exhibition after this time spent in the party room. As the exhibition is unguided, this saves you from having to gather your guests and return to the room on time.
• The room is equipped with “Happy Birthday” banners and tablecloths, napkins, forks, cake plates, and non-alcoholic beverages or fruit juices.
• With an iPhone or Android phone, you can listen to your own music in the party room.
• At the end of your time in the room, you will receive your tickets to enter the experience.
• Minors under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
